Farhan Akhtar is soon going to be seen as a boxer in his upcoming film Toofaan. The official trailer of the film released on March 12 and it managed to capture everyone's attention. Farhan has managed to soak himself into the character of a boxer really well. As he put so much of hard work into the skin of his character, he seems determined to help a boxer who sadly could not make it big on the basis of his talent. Farhan recently shared a video of a NIS qualified boxer named Abid Khan who had to become an auto driver to survive and earn money.

Sharing the video of Abid Khan, Farhan Akhtar called his story 'heartbreaking yet inspiring'. He tweeted, "This is heartbreaking yet so inspiring to see how humbly this sportsperson has coped with unfulfilled ambition. Can you please share his contact details? @duggal_saurabh." Recently, Farhan also sneak peek into his preparation for Toofaan. He shared a video with the caption, "I hated drills. To wake up at 5am and think about that monster of a drill session waiting for me was, at times, good enough reason to make some random excuse and just stay in bed..!! But @drewnealpt got me to respect the discipline and with time I realised how much it helped in evolving my overall skills as a boxer. To quote the legendary Cus D’amato “Discipline is doing what you hate but doing it like you love it.”

Apart from Toofaan, Farhan Akhtar has supposedly bagged an International Project with Marvel Studios. A source recently claimed, "Farhan is currently stationed in Bangkok, along with an International cast and crew, for the shoot of a project with Marvel Studios, who are known to be one of the biggest film studios worldwide.”
