In his blog post, Bachchan wrote about the exasperating experience: "Trying desperately to fix my phone… and what was set before suddenly changed so tried to get help from all quarters and failed… so frustrating… Was wanting to have English and Hindi typing, by typing in English, a Hindi word and it comes out on Devanagari… but despite several hours of following links and experiments." His frustration grew to the point where he jokingly considered throwing his phone out of the window. He clarified his feelings with a touch of humor, stating, "I am now very close to – BREAKING MY PHONE, BY THROWING IT OUT OF THE WINDOW!!! No no no… no such luck… just letting off steam."
