The Good, Bad And Ugly Of Last Week: Ayushmann Khurrana, Bhumi Pednekar, Anushka Sharma, Surbhi Chandna, Vishal Aditya Singh
Ayushmann Khurrana (GOOD): The actor is on a roll! Almost every subject that he touches becomes gold. His latest release Bala that was mired in controversies due to its theme of premature balding bearing resemblance to another film called Ujda Chaman, is doing very well at the box-office. Even critically, it has amassed praises. SpotboyE.com Editor Vickey Lalwani rated the film 4 stars.

Surbhi Chandna (BAD): Surbhi Chandna would be disappointed as her show Sanjivani 2 is all set to bid adieu to the viewers this December. The show which began in August this year will be going off air within just 5 months.

Anushka Sharma (GOOD): SpotboyE.com has been bringing you exclusive updates on the remake of Satte Pe Satta that will be directed by Farah Khan. The latest we brought you is that Anushka Sharma who essays Hema Malini’s role will be seen as a sexy teacher in the film. It just adds to our excitement!

Kartik Aaryan (BAD): Kartik Aaryan who can be rightly called as a monologue specialist, yet again delivers one in his upcoming film Pati Patni Aur Woh. However, unlike the earlier ones that left the audiences in giggles, this speech didn’t go well with netizens as they bashed the makers for trying to defend marital rape. What next?! The rape monologue will be removed from the film.

Bhumi Pednekar (GOOD): Just like her debut film co-star Ayushmann Khurrana, this has been a good year for Bhumi as well. Saand Ki Aankh and Bala, two films that released in a gap of barely 15 days, earned accolades for the actress. Bhumi is on a career high and we’re sure she is going to deliver an impressive performance in her next project Pati Patni Aur Woh too.

Vishal Aditya Singh (GOOD):
One can say that Nach Baliye 9 and his on-off arguments with ex-girlfriend Madhurima Tuli helped boost his career. Not only did he become one of the most popular contestants on the dance reality show, but now, he has also marked an entry as wild card on Bigg Boss 13.

Sushant Singh Rajput (GOOD): The actor’s last release Chhicchore did well critically and commercially. On the personal front too, he seems to be in a happy space with rumoured girlfriend Rhea Chakraborty. And, he has definitely left the past behind. As SpotboyE.com had recently reported that there are high probabilities of the actor sharing screen space with ex-girlfriend Kriti Sanon’s younger sister Nupur for a film.

Amitabh Bachchan (BAD): Big B’s health didn’t allow him to attend the Kolkata International Film Festival as West Bengal CM Mamata Banerjee stated to IANS, that his presence was highly missed. SpotboyE.com was the first to report about the actor getting treated at Nanavati hospital for his liver. Fortunately, he bounced back to work, but it seems attending the film festival wasn’t in his destiny.

Rani Mukerji (GOOD): Rani Mukerji is undoubtedly a powerhouse performer. When she bounced back on screen with the movie Hichki, she yet again proved that she’s an actor par excellence. And now, Rani has bagged the Most Influential Cinema Personality Award In South-East Asia for her phenomenal performance in the film!

no entry

Boney Kapoor (GOOD): Film producer Boney Kapoor is happy as he exclusively told us that the sequel of the comic caper No Entry is ready to roll soon. And he promises that it’ll be 10 times more hilarious than the original!
