Kangana Ranaut starrer Thalaivi’s trailer in Hindi and Tamil has a difference, a sequence seen in the Hindi trailer has been missing from the Tamil version
The trailer of Kangana Ranaut-starrer Thalaivi has left many impressed. The biopic that takes us into the life of late Tamil Nadu chief minister and former actor J Jayalalithaa, will be released in Hindi, Tamil and Telugu. While makers usually keep the trailer the same in terms of visual, with the only difference being the language, Thalaivi’s trailer in Tamil and Hindi has a huge difference. Towards the end of the trailer where one can see a group of men taking a bow at her in the Hindi trailer, this portion is missing in the Tamil version.
In this sequence the actress’ dialogues are enough to explain the power of a woman, she is heard saying, “Look at me as a mother and I will hold you in my heart. But if you see me just as a ‘woman’…” The makers haven't shared any specific reason behind this difference between the trailers. Well, this got us thinking was this done keeping in mind the scenario of Tamil politics or was it just to add a dramatic feel to the Hindi trailer.
