Swara Bhasker Strongly Condemns Modi Bhakt Who Sneakily Recorded A Video With Her Saying ‘Aayega Toh Modi Hi’

Bollywood actress Swara Bhaksker is known for her bold and opinionated voice. The actress will never shy away from telling the haters where they stand. There have been many instances, when the Veere Di Wedding actress has been slut-shamed, trolled and even received backlash for raising her voice against issues, but like always the actress comes back with the best reply ever.

Something similar happened recently, when a man, who looked like a Modi supporter, asked Swara for a picture. When the actress obliged for the selfie, he secretly switched to the video mode and instead of the picture he recorded of video of himself saying, “Aayega toh Modi hi’ while Bhasker is in the frame. As soon as he posted the video, netizens couldn’t help but call the act, “surgical strike 3,” and others wanted to give “Bharat Ratna to this guy.” Another twitterati wrote, “Naya Hindustan hai, selfie lega bhi, aur beizati bhi karega.”

However, when the video started trending, Swara made sure to give this guy a piece of her mind. Re-Tweeting the same video, she slammed him and wrote, “A guy asks for a selfie @ airport; I oblige ‘coz I don’t discriminate people who want selfies based on their politics. He sneakily shoots a video. Tacky & underhand tactics r trademarks of bhakts. I’m unsurprised. But always glad 2 make bhakts feel like their lives are worthwhile."
