Swara Bhaskar & Masaba Gupta Stun At Netflix Show’s Global Premiere
Bollywood personalities Swara Bhaskar and Masaba Gupta attended the premiere of The Crown, Season 2 in London last night
The world premiere of Netflix’s The Crown, Season 2 -- a biographical story about the
reign of UK's Queen Elizabeth II --took place in London last night. While the
event saw the show’s lead stars Claire Foy, Matt Smith, rising star Billy
Jenkins among others in attendance, two Bollywood personalities too made their
presence felt.
Who are they? Masaba Gupta and Swara Bhaskar.

The designer has been roped in to anchor an interview
with the leading ladies of The Crown - Claire Foy and Vanessa Kirby.
While the popular designer opted for a chic monochrome
sari gown from her own label, the actress wore an off-shoulder gown and
completed her look with sleek centre-parted hair.
Masaba Gupta
Meanwhile, chronicling her love for The Crown and
revealing what she wants to ask the ladies, Masaba spoke to Mid-day and said,
“It's an honour. I am eager to know what it's like to play a living Queen. The
Royal family is among the most iconic in the world, so, this opportunity is
vital.”
The second season of the Netflix show, says Masaba, will
offer insights into the various aspects of the Queen’s life. "I will ask
Claire how she prepped for the character as she grows to become a
monarch."
