Maharashtra Home Minister Anil Deshmukh confirms Sushant Singh Rajput suicide case will NOT be transferred to CBI. He assured Mumbai Police are investigating the case closely
Rhea Chakraborty has been booked under section 340, 342, 380, 406, 420, 306 of the IPC, including abetment of suicide. Out of many allegations put forth by Sushant's father, the FIR copy also states, “They asked my son to leave his residence saying there were ghosts which impacted Sushant's mind. Later Sushant stayed at a resort along with Rhea's family. They kept saying that Sushant needs medical treatment as he has some mental issues.” The FIR also claims that Rhea limited his contact with his family and took out 15 crores out of 17 crores from SSR’s bank account.

Meanwhile, Bihar Police are in Mumbai to investigate SSR’s suicide case. They have reportedly asked Mumbai Police to hand over his suicide case diaries and also provide them with a woman constable. Currently, they will initiate an investigation of the evidence collected from Sushant's Mumbai house.
