After M.S. Dhoni: The Untold Story Sushant Singh Rajput is reportedly set to star in an untitled movie based on the life of a physically disabled army man-turned-sportsperson, Murlikant Petkar.
One after another! Sushant Singh Rajput’s last stint at
the B.O was MS Dhoni’s biopic. And guess what, his next too is a biopic!
Reportedly Sushant Singh Rajput has signed a movie based on the life of a
physically disabled army man-turned-sportsperson, Murlikant Petkar.
Originally a boxer, Petkar won India a gold medal at the Common-wealth Games in
1970 and at the Paralympics in Germany, in 1972.
Sushant Singh Rajput who is evidently attracted to a
sportsman’s life said yes to the film, as soon as he heard Petkar’s story.
Sushant Singh Rajput likes playing characters who dream
big.
This will be Sushant’s second biopic after M.S. Dhoni:
The Untold Story.
Sushant received a lot of appreciation for his work in
Dhoni’s biopic. The film has not only marked great numbers at the B.O, but also
highlighted Sushant Singh Rajput’s acting skills.
The film is still going strong in the theatres.
Though Sushant Singh Rajput’s next release is a romance
drama-Raabta opposite Kriti Sanon, yet by signing another biopic immediately
after one, there is a chance that he might get typecast and repetitive?
