Sushant Singh Rajput’s Sea-Facing Mumbai Apartment Where He Passed Away, To Get New Tenant; Luxurious Flat To Be Rented Out At THIS COST-Report
Bollywood actor Sushant Singh Rajput’s death case is once again in the spotlight with people demanding closure and justice. SSR’s case grabbed headlines after former Cooper Hospital’s mortuary attendant Roopkumar Shah claimed that the actor did not die by suicide, he was murdered. Amidst this uproar, it is being reported that the sea-facing Mumbai apartment of the actor is likely to get a new tenant soon. It’s been two-and-half years since this luxurious flat-where SSR died, is empty.

As per the latest report in India Today, Sushant’s flat on Carter Road in Bandra West is spread over 2,500 sq. feet and has a spacious terrace, four bedrooms, each with an attached bathroom, and is located in a locality populated by the swish set of Mumbai. However, now things look set to change and people are now relaxed about it (Rajput’s death) because they say it has been a while. The report added that the flat will be rented out at Rs. 5 lakh per month and a security deposit of Rs 30 lakh is to be given.

In 2019, Sushant Singh Rajput had taken the duplex flat on rent on the sixth floor of Mont Blanc Apartments at Jogger’s Park for three years. He was reportedly paying a monthly rent of Rs 4.51 lakh before he died in June 2020.
