Sushant Singh Rajput's Family Lawyer Vikas Singh Wants CBI To Create Fresh Forensic Team Post AIIMS Rules Out Murder Theory
Sushant Singh Rajput's death case is still ruling the headlines. The actor died on June 14, however, even after three months of his demise, the investigation is still on. While it was reported that the actor died by suicide, there were several theories that suggested that the actor was supposedly killed. The Central Bureau of Investigation came into action to probe the case. A team of experts from AIIMS were also called in to reassess Sushant's autopsy report. Latest news suggest that AIIMS has ruled out murder theory in Sushant's case. On this, the family lawyer Vikas Singh has called for action from CBI.

As reported by ANI, Vikas Singh has requested for a fresh team of forensic experts to investigate the autopsy report. The news agency quoted the lawyer saying, "Written to CBI Director to constitute a fresh forensic team to look into reports prepared by Cooper Hospital and & to give an opinion as to whether the opinion by Cooper Hospital can be sustained or not or whether the death can be said by hanging or to be said by murder or strangulation."

Earlier, Vikas Singh had penned a letter to CBI asking several questions about Sushant's autopsy report. In the letter, he raised eight questions including why the autopsy of the late actor was conducted post sunset, and why wasn't the autopsy videotaped. "There were several infirmities in the post-mortem report done at the Cooper Hospital," he mentioned in the letter.
