Yesterday, that is, on August 2, the news reports of Mumbai Police 'inadvertently' deleting the case files of Sushant Singh Rajput's ex-manager Disha Salian came floating across the internet. It was also being reported the Mumbai Police has also denied access to re-extracting the same to Bihar police. However, as per India Today, an official statement by the Mumbai police states otherwise. They have not only rubbished the rumours of Disha's files getting deleted but have also stated the investigation in her case is underway. They have assured having all the documents with them.

"The case is under investigations. Several statements are taken and family has given no complaint against anyone," said the officials, as per India Today. The report further states how the Bihar Police had gone to Disha Salian's residence to record her family's statement; however, no one was available. In other news, a lot of fans and celebrities, including Simi Garewal, are claiming how Disha's death case is linked to that of Sushant Singh Rajput. "#DishaSalian death must be investigated. Why was it ignored?? It will reveal the truth of the conspiracy linked to the murder of #SSR. #CBIforShushant MUST investigate. We demand the truth. We can't be stopped now..” wrote the veteran actress.

Lakhs of people are constantly demanding a CBI probe in Sushant Singh Rajput's death investigation; however, the Home Minister of Maharashtra has asked them to have faith on Mumbai Police.
