Sushant Singh Rajput’s Ex-Manager Disha Salian Death: Supreme Court Refuses To Entertain Plea Seeking Court-Monitored CBI Probe Into Disha’s Death
A few days before the death of Sushant Singh Rajput, his former manager Disha Salian died after reportedly falling from a high rise in Mumbai, Malad. After Sushant’s death, several conspiracy theories on social media surfaces, as people suspected whether the two deaths were linked. Now, the Supreme Court has refused to entertain a plea that sought a court-monitored Central Bureau Investigation (CBI) probe into the death of Disha Salian.

A petition was filed by advocate Puneet Dhanda who claimed that the deaths of Sushant and Disha Salian are interconnected as they occurred under ‘suspicious circumstances’. According to ANI, the Supreme Court refused to entertain the plea, and the SC also asked the petitioner to withdraw the plea and approach Bombay High Court. The tweet by ANI read, ''Supreme Court refuses to entertain a plea seeking a court-monitored Central Bureau of Investigation (CBI) probe into the death of actor #SushantSinghRajput's former manager, Disha Salian. The Court asks the petitioner to withdraw the plea and approach Bombay High Court with it.''

NDTV reports that the plea read, “...after the death of Sushant Singh Rajput, various rumours and conspiracy theories have been linked between the deaths of Disha Salian and Sushant Singh Rajput, because both died in suspicious circumstances and at the peak of their successful professional career."


Meanwhile, the CBI is probing the death case of Sushant Singh Rajput. Besides this, the Enforcement Directorate (ED) is probing the money laundering case, while the Narcotics Control Bureau (NCB) is probing the drug angle linked to Sushant’s death case.
