After her BF and actor Sushant Singh Rajput's death due to suicide and several allegations against her, she had remained away from the media and social media platforms for the longest time now. Today taking to her Instagram account, she was seen mourning the death of her uncle Col S Suresh Kumar VSM who lost his battle against COVID-19 and left for the heavenly abode.
The actress was seen praising him for being a wonderful person, a loyal officer, a loving father and an orthopaedic surgeon. Paying her last salute, she assured his legacy is here to stay for many years. The Jalebi actress urged people to stay at home safely during the COVID-19 pandemic, the virus doesn’t spare anyone and doesn’t differentiate between good or bad. She wants us to unite and fight against the COVID-19 pandemic. Rhea’s post also carried the picture of the late Col S Suresh Kumar VSM.

The actress was reported to be looking for work in Hyderabad as she faced a lack of opportunities in Bollywood after her name was involved in SSR’s death case.
