In the past few weeks, the discussion surrounding mental health and its importance has become a bit open, which wasn't the case earlier. Among others, a lot of celebrities, too, are coming out in open to share their ordeals and how have they dealt with it. Something very similar is the case of leggy lass Jacqueline Fernandez. The talented actress and an even stunning dancer, in her recent Instagram post, spilled the beans on her encounter with anxiety and how Yoga has helped her in keeping it at bay.

In a video shared by the Race 3 actress, we could see her performing several Yoga postures with utmost grace. Jacqueline was sporting a gym outfit and was doing yoga at home. In her caption, the Drive star revealed how she has been dealing with anxiety from a couple of weeks but being regular with yoga has kept her glowing and growing. She wrote, " I have been dealing with some major anxiety these past few weeks.. however being consistent with yoga has taught me the valuable lesson of being in the moment and what’s even more important.. gratitude.. for life and being alive.. have a great day everyone! Namaste."

Jacqueline was extremely devastated upon hearing the news of Sushant Singh Rajput's demise. The actress had also penned a heartfelt tribute to her late co-star.
