Sushant Singh Rajput's Dil Bechara Co-Star Sanjana Sanghi Reacts To Rhea Chakraborty's Allegations Surrounding #MeToo Episode Against SSR
To India Today, Sanjana Sanghi who was Sushant Singh Rajput's Dil Bechara co-star has given out her reaction to Rhea Chakraborty's allegations over the #MeToo episode
Rhea Chakraborty, Sushant Singh Rajput's girlfriend is at the centre of his death probe. A lot of allegations have been made against her by Sushant Singh Rajput's father in an FIR registered against her. The Central Bureau of Investigation took over the case and are currently interrogating many related to the case, including Rhea. It was just recently that Rhea came out and shared her side of the story in an interview with India Today. She even spoke about #MeToo allegations that SSR faced reportedly involving is Dil Bechara co-star Sanjana Sanghi.
It was in 2018 that reports had surfaced claiming that Sushant harassed Sanjana on the sets of Dil Bechara. To prove his innocence, he shared screenshots of his WhatsApp chats with Sanjana. Later, after a month or so, Sanjana came out and rubbished all the allegations and called them false. Rhea in her interview claimed that the delay in Sanjana's clarification bothered Sushant. Now, the Dil Bechara actress has come to give her reaction. To India Today, she stated that she has said enough about the #MeToo allegations revolving around her and Sushant and questioned where all this 'negativity' and 'toxicity' comes from. She added that she has nothing more to say about these things.
In her interview, Rhea had said, "Sanjana Sanghi had alleged that Sushant Singh Rajput harassed her, and those #MeToo allegations haunted him. Sanjana hadn't given any clarification, she finally came out 1.5 months later, but that destroyed Sushant's mental sanity. Later, Sushant had to come out and reveal their personal chats himself."
