Bollywood actor Sushant Singh Rajput's death on June 14, 2020, left everyone reeling with shock. The talented actor was found dead in the bedroom of his Bandra West flat. Sushant Singh Rajput's death case is being probed by Central Bureau Of Investigation (CBI), Narcotics Control Bureau (NCB) and Enforcement Directorate (ED).
Recently, the prestigious award show Dadasaheb Phalke International Film Festival Awards 2021 took place in Mumbai where late actor Sushant Singh Rajput was posthumously awarded for Critic’s Best Actor award. Yes, SSR was bestowed with Dadasaheb Phalke International Film Festival Award in the Critics Choice Category. Taking to their social media handle, the official Instagram page of Dadasaheb Phalke Awards announced the same.
Sharing SSR’s photo, the caption read, “Celebrating the dedication you’ve shown on the way to this achievement. Congratulations to Late @sushantsinghrajput for winning the "Critic's Best Actor" award at Dadasaheb Phalke International Film Festival Awards 2021. We miss you!”
Sushant Singh Rajput began his acting journey with a TV show and rose to fame with Pavitra Rishta that co-starred Ankita Lokhande. SSR then made his Bollywood debut with Abhishek Kapoor’s Kai Po Che and was last seen in Mukesh Chhabra’s Dil Bechara that released after his sudden demise. In his career span, Sushant Singh Rajput received many accolades and awards for his acting chops and skill full performance.
