Sushant Singh Rajput Demise: Mumbai Police's Investigation Reports To Be Submitted Soon; Nothing 'Sensational' Found Till Now
As per an online report, it is said that the Mumbai Police has come close to finalising the probe report in Sushant Singh Rajput's death investigation
Sushant Singh Rajput ended his life on June 14 after hanging himself in his Bandra house and it has now been a month since Sushant passed away. As many were grieving over his death, some demanded CBI probe over his matter on Twitter. Even though the post mortem reports confirmed that he died by 'asphyxia due to hanging,' police were rigorously investigating the matter and have interrogated many people who were close to him to point out a reason for him taking this extreme step. Having said that, the Mumbai police are said to have come close to finalising the probe report in Sushant Singh Rajput's death investigation.
As per a report that was carried by DNA portal, some top officials met five officers of the forensic team on Saturday to discuss the case and well, with this, the reports are said to be submitted to the Mumbai Police in the next 10 to 15 days. However, the portal mentioned that a source shared that the probe and forensic evidence have not revealed anything that can be called "sensational" till now. But they also stated they will record the statements of more people if needed in the next 15-20 days. After his tragic demise, the fans demanded CBI inquiry for Sushant and they kept trending hashtags like #WhyDelayInCBIForSSR, #PMModiCBIForSSR, #CBIMustForSushant, #CBIForSonOfBihar on Twitter.
As fans were fighting for justice for Sushant, on the other hand, police have interrogated and recorded statements of Rhea Chakraborty, friend and reportedly his roommate Siddharth Pithani, friend and producer Sandip Ssingh, YRF casting director Shanoo Sharma, filmmaker Shekhar Kapur, his good friend Mahesh Shetty, Dil Bechara co-star Sanjana Sanghi, they all had been called by the Mumbai Police after Sushant Singh Rajput's untimely death.
