Sushant Singh Rajput Death: Rhea Chakraborty's Lawyer Takes A Hit At Late Actor's Lawyer's Claims About Death By Strangulation
After Vikas Singh claimed that Sushant Singh Rajput's death happened by strangulation and not suicide, Rhea Chakraborty's lawyer Satish Maneshinde reacts to his claims
Sushant Singh Rajput passed on June 14 after allegedly hanging himself at his Bandra house. It was reported that he was suffering from depression that compelled him to take this drastic step by ending his life. Though it was claimed to be a suicide, many along with their family suspected otherwise. Even their family lawyer Vikas Singh claimed that a doctor from the AIIMS team had told him long back that the photos of Sushant that he sent to him indicated that Sushant died by ‘strangulation’ and not suicide. Well, reacting to his claims on Sushant's death by 'strangulation,' Rhea Chakraborty's lawyer Satish Maneshinde said that decision 'on the basis of photographs is a dangerous trend.' In a statement carried by TOI, Mr Maneshinde also mentioned that to keep the investigations impartial and free from inference, the CBI must set up a new Medical Board.
Reacting to his the claims, Satish Maneshinde said in a statement, “The Disclosure of a 200 per cent conclusion by an AIIMS Doctor in the team headed by Dr Gupta in the Sushant Singh Rajput case, on the basis of photographs is a dangerous trend. To keep the investigations impartial and free from inference, the CBI must constitute a new Medical Board. The agencies are being pressurised to reach a pre-determined result for obvious reasons on the eve of Bihar Elections. We have seen the VRS of DG Pandey unfolding a few days back. There should not be a repetition of such steps.”
A while ago, Vikas Singh, taking it to his Twitter handle wrote, "Getting frustrated by the delay in CBI taking a decision to convert abetment to suicide to Murder of SSR. The Doctor who is part of AIIMS team had told me long back that the photos sent by me indicated 200% that it’s death by strangulation and not suicide."
