The CBI team in the city is currently investigating actor Sushant Singh Rajput’s death case and is interrogating the accused to understand the truth behind SSR’s mysterious demise. Sushant’s girlfriend Rhea Chakraborty is one of the main accused in the case and revealed how she was not present during the actor’s alleged suicide, but had instead left his home on June 8. Now, in an interview, Rhea Chakraborty’s lawyer reveals that the actress left SSR’s home as his sister changed his medicines without a doctor’s consultation.
Speaking to India Today, Rhea Chakraborty’s lawyer Satish Maneshinde has made new revelations after text messages between late Sushant Singh Rajput and his sister Priyanka Singh went viral on the internet which revealed that SSR’s sister did not only know about his mental health condition but was also recommending medicines to him without a doctor’s consultation. Satish Maneshinde said, “Rhea Chakraborty in her statements to the CBI and ED said that on June 8, Priyanka had chatted with Sushant. She asked Sushant to take three different medicines without prescription. Rhea protested as she said that he was already taking medicines prescribed by Sushant’s doctors. Rhea had an argument with Sushant regarding the same and then Sushant asked her to leave. Rhea then called her brother, Showik Chakraborty, to take her home.”
Rhea’s lawyer mentioned that after Priyanka Singh asked Sushant to take three different medicines without prescriptions, Rhea protested as the late actor was already taking medicines. Rhea then left Sushant’s home on June 8 as she did not agree to the actor taking medicines without the doctor’s consultation. Moving on, Satish Maneshinde mentioned how it is highly improper and added that the family needs to be prosecuted for making false hospital prescription. He added, “In the prescription, it is said that it was made in OPD, which is false. Sushant didn’t step out of his home. It should be investigated how Sushant got the prescription from Ram Manohar Lohiya Hospital while sitting in Mumbai. It was a forged document.”
Meanwhile, the conversation between Sushant Singh Rajput and his sister Priyanka saw her recommending three antidepressants and anti-anxiety medicines to the late actor. When SSR mentioned that he could not buy the medication without the doctor’s prescription, Priyanka sourced it from a doctor in Delhi.
