After late actor Sushant Singh Rajput’s father KK Singh filed an FIR against actress Rhea Chakraborty, it got some unknown facts of their relationship out in public. Also, the 16 point allegations on Rhea in KK Singh’s FIR has added a new turn to the actor’s death case. Now as per reports in India TV, a petition letter has been filed in the Patna High Court requesting the transfer of this case from Patna State Police to CBI. After the actor’s death his fans, as well as people from the industry, have been urging the government to hand over this case to CBI since the day Sushant died.

Meanwhile, members of Karni Sena too urging the government, have asked them to transfer the case to CBI, they have also warned of protest if the government doesn't take the necessary steps and begin with CBI inquiry in Sushant Singh Rajput's death case. Also as per reports in India TV, along with Karni Sena, political figure and BSP chief Mayawati too has demanded a CBI probe. The Dil Bechara actor’s untimely death on June 14, 2020, due to suicide has caused a stir in the industry, with topics such as nepotism and mental health are back in discussions.
