Sushant Singh Rajput Death: Maharashtra Home Minister Anil Deshmukh CONDEMNS Demand For SSR Case To Be Handed Over To CBI
From the day Sushant Singh Rajput breathed his last in a shocking course of events, there has been a constant demand of CBI probe into the ongoing police investigation for his case. As per a huge section of the netizens and celebrities, the Kedarnath actor didn’t die due to suicide and succumbed to a planned murder instead. Adding fuel to the fire was the FIR filed by Sushant’s father KK Singh in Patna. In his complaint, Singh alleged Sushant’s girlfriend Rhea Chakraborty of many severe accusations like fraud, theft and blackmailing among other things.

Contrary to all the demands, the Home Minister of Maharashtra – Anil Deshmukh – has yet again said no to CBI enquiry and urged fans to keep faith on the Mumbai Police. In his latest thread of tweets, Anil Deshmukh has also condemned the demand for a CBI probe. “@MumbaiPolice already began investigating allegations about @itsSSR 's unfortunate alleged suicide. Even if Bihar Police registered an offence in Patna, under Ch. 12 & 13 of the #CrPC it has to be investigated, inquired & tried by police & courts within whose jurisdiction,” wrote the HM.

He added, “The offence is committed. I condemn the demand for the @itsSSR case to be handed to #CBI. The case is now being politcised for political gains. #MaharashtraPolice is inquiring into the case professionally & are competent in digging out the truth, leaving no stone unturned!”
