After Bollywood actor Sushant Singh Rajput was found dead in his Mumbai residence on June 14, his mortal remains were taken to Cooper hospital for further post-mortem and other formalities. Later, reportedly, Sushant’s girlfriend, actress Rhea Chakraborty was allowed to enter the mortuary to see him, after the actor’s post-mortem. In a significant development in the Sushant Singh Rajput death case, as the Human Rights Commission of Maharashtra who had earlier questioned Rhea Chakraborty’s entry in the mortuary recently, as per the latest reports that the Maharashtra SHRC’s report states ‘no breach’.
Times Now stated that according to a report by Maharashtra State Human Rights Commission, there was no breach by the Mumbai Police or Cooper Hospital authorities. HRCM questioned Rhea Chakraborty’s entry in the mortuary, the report states that the Maharashtra SHRC reported ‘no breach’ by the police authorities present at the hospital that day, or even the Cooper hospital authorities.
Reportedly, the HRCM was questioning the senior officials at Cooper hospital regarding Rhea Chakraborty’s entry in the mortuary. The Human rights commission also questioned the Dead and the Head of the Department at Cooper hospital regarding Rhea’s presence in the mortuary as only family members were allowed where the mortal remains of the deceased have been kept. On the other hand, Rhea’s morgue visit got under the spotlight after a few videos of the actress leaving the Cooper hospital morgue surfaced on the internet.

Meanwhile, so far, the Narcotics Control Bureau (NCB) and Central Investigation Bureau (CBI) is investigating the actor Sushant Singh Rajput case. The NCB has arrested Rhea Chakraborty, her brother Showik Chakraborty, and others in the case and is probing still.
