Sushant Singh Rajput Death: Forensic Team Arrives At The Actor’s Mumbai Residence, After His Family Members Demand CBI Inquiry
Forensic investigation team reached Sushant Singh Rajput’s residence in Mumbai, after the late actor’s family demanded CBI inquiry
Bollywood actor Sushant Singh Rajput was found dead in his apartment yesterday morning. It was reported that the actor had hanged himself, and also that no suicide note was found. The post mortem was conducted at Mumbai’s Cooper hospital, and the provisional post mortem report revealed that the cause of his death was asphyxia due to hanging, as confirmed by Abhishek Trimukhe, Deputy Commissioner of Police (DCP), while speaking to ANI. Sushant Singh’s family members however were in shock after learning of his death, and a few family members had reportedly demanded a CBI inquiry.
Now, after the reports of his family members demanding a CBI inquiry, a forensic investigation team was spotted outside the late actor’s residence in Bandra, Mumbai. According to a report in IANS, Sushant’s brother-in-law, who is the Additional Director General of Police, is seeking an in-depth probe into the investigation. A report in Navbharat Times yesterday, also claimed that Sushant’s uncle claimed it wasn’t suicide, but murder, and demanded a CBI probe.
Meanwhile, Sushant Singh Rajput’s funeral will take place today in a Vile Parle crematorium. Sushant’s father, accompanied by a few members were spotted at the Mumbai airport as they arrived from Patna to carry out the last rites of the late actor.
