CBI got a green signal from the Supreme Court on Wednesday to take over Sushant Singh Rajput's death case. Scores of Bollywood celebrities reacted to the judgement and hailed the SC's verdict. Even fans were overwhelmed with the decision and were relieved that now the truth will prevail. Having said that, according to the latest reports in Times Now, CBI's S.I.T. will be reaching Mumbai today and they will most likely visit the actor's Bandra residence today where he was reportedly found dead on June 14. It is also reported that if need be, then the team will also recreate the death scene in his residence.
 
Meanwhile, the court has also ordered the Mumbai police who were initially probing the case to hand over all the collected evidence and reports so far to the CBI team. On the other hand, it is reported that the BMC commissioner has asked the CBI to apply for exemption from the ongoing quarantine rules if they are going to stay for more than seven days in the city for the investigation. 
 
Apart from this, fans, friends and all the well-wishers who were fighting for Sushant Singh Rajput's justice since day 1 hailed SC's decision are all elated. Post SC's verdict, Sushant’s family released a statement thatread, “We, Sushant's family thank our friends, well-wishers media and millions of fans worldwide for their love for Sushant and support for us. We are particularly thankful to Shri Nitesh Kumar, Hon'ble Chief Minister, Bihar for setting the wheel of justice in motion. Now that the country's premier investigating agency has taken over, we believe that all those involved in the dastardly crime will be brought to justice.”
