Sushant Singh Rajput Death: CBI Replies To Subramanian Swamy About Status Of Case: ‘CBI Is Conducting Investigation, No Aspect Has Been Ruled Out’

It has been over 6 months since Sushant Singh Rajput’s death, and many have expressed their concerns over the delay in the conclusion of the investigation in Sushant’s death case. While it was earlier being investigated by the Mumbai Police, the investigation was then handed over to the Central Bureau of Investigation (CBI). The CBI is yet to conclude its investigation, and Rajya Sabha MP Subramanian Swamy sought information about the status of the investigation.
The CBI responded to Subramanian Swamy about the status of the investigation and the reply has been shared by Advocate Ishkaran Bhandari on Twitter. Ishkaran Bhandari, while sharing the reply by CBI, tweeted, “CBI reply to @Swamy39 on Sushant Singh Rajput Case! Wonderful development in Justice & Transparency by CBI. Must appreciate it.” The reply by CBI mentioned that the investigating team along with senior officers visited all places of concern- Aligarh, Faridabad, Hyderabad, Mumbai, Manesar (Gurgaon) and Patna. It also stated that the investigating team and senior officers had visited the place of incident on numerous occasions for better understanding of circumstances related to the incident.
“The CBI is conducting investigation in a thorough and professional manner using latest scientific techniques. During investigation, all aspects are being looked at and no aspect has been ruled out as on date,” read the report sent by the CBI.

Meanwhile, according to a report in PTI, Maharashtra Home Minister Anil Deshmukh, during a press conference, urged the CBI to reveal the truth behind Sushant Singh Rajput’s death. “The people of Maharashtra and the country are eagerly waiting for the CBI's report on its investigation into Sushant Singh Rajput's death case. People ask me about the status of the case...I request the CBI to reveal whether it was a suicide or murder,” he said.
