Sushant Singh Rajput Death Case: Rhea Chakraborty's Lawyer Reacts To AIIMS Report Ruling Out Murder Theory; Says 'Truth Cannot Be Changed'

After the Central Bureau of Investigation took over Sushant Singh Rajput's death case, forensic experts from AIIMS were called in to help with the probe. Officials did not only visit Sushant Singh Rajput's home where he reportedly hanged himself, his post-mortem and viscera reports were also reportedly reassessed by the doctors of AIIMS. Now, reports have emerged that AIIMS experts have supposedly ruled out the strangulation and death by murder theory in Sushant Singh Rajput's death case suggesting that the actor indeed died by suicide. Over this, Rhea Chakraborty's lawyer Satish Maneshinde has given a statement.

Rhea, a prime accused in Sushant Singh Rajput's death case, came into the limelight after the late actor's family filed an FIR against her with charges such as abetment to suicide and more. Her lawyer, as reported by IANS said, "I have seen the statement of the Doctors from AIIMS concerning SSR case. The official papers and report are only with AIIMS and CBI, which will be submitted in court once investigations are over. We await the official version of CBI. We on behalf of Rhea Chakraborty have always said that Truth cannot be changed under any circumstances. The speculations against Rhea in some quarters of the Media are motivated and mischievous. Sushant Singh Rajput's family lawyer had recently stated that doctors at AIIMS informed him that it was 'death by strangulation.' He had tweeted, "Getting frustrated by the delay in CBI taking a decision to convert abetment to suicide to Murder of SSR.
