Recalling his time working with the actor, he said that Sushant never slept with his bedroom door shut. Ankit even raised a question saying that why the house help didn’t approach SSR or checked on him in the morning, the day of the alleged suicide. He asked why they didn’t break down the door instead of calling and waiting for a locksmith to open the door.

During the same interview with Times Now, till the time he was working with the actor, Ankit said that he never saw Sushant in depression but was a positive person, he said SSR used to write poems on his mother and cried, but he claimed he was never depressed. When asked him about the threat calls, to which, Ankit alleged that some people used to threaten him by saying that they will kill him just like Sushant while there was another call who abused Ankit for supporting the case. Not just calls, he even got a message from someone asking him to stop taking his advantage and to stop with the publicity, but he asserted that no matter what, Ankit will support the truth and will fight for Sushant's justice.

Ankit even claimed that he is doing his own research and after going through the videos and pictures that have been doing the rounds on social media, he claimed to have seen a man named Dipesh who was employed after he left. In the same interview, he even admitted that Mumbai Police didn't reach out to him for a statement and wants a CBI investigation in this matter and claimed that he will support CBI.
