Sushant Singh Rajput Death: AIIMS May Soon Share Their Statement On Forensic Report With The CBI – Reports
Sushant Singh Rajput allegedly ended his life by hanging himself at his Bandra residence on June 14. Reportedly, the actor was suffering from depression for the past many months that compelled him to take this drastic step. After his tragic demise, the case went to CBI and All India Institute of Medical Sciences (AIIMS) had been analysing the autopsy report of SSR. However, the latest update according to Republic that we came across is that AIIMS might release a statement on the forensic reports of Sushant Singh Rajput to the Central Bureau of Investigation (CBI) who has been handling the case ever since the Supreme Court transferred the case to them. Earlier, we reported that AIIMS findings are in line with the CBI probe, well, the report in Republic claimed that the team of doctors will be releasing an official statement soon which could be about the findings of their analysis.

Republic further purported that the post-mortem report and photographic evidence in the report are submitted to the CBI. As AIIMS post-mortem analysis report suggested that there were no traces of organic poison found in Sushant's body, the panel has not ruled out the possibility of homicide. The AIIMS report also suggested that the ligature marks around the late actor's neck are not typical from suicide. Even actor's family lawyer Vikas Singh claimed that a doctor from the AIIMS team had told him long back that the photos of Sushant that he sent to him indicated that Sushant died by ‘strangulation’ and not suicide.

Earlier, ANI quoted the chairman of AIIMS, Dr Sudhir Gupta who said that there is a need to look into some legal aspects before reaching a “logical legal conclusion.” He said, “AIIMS and CBI are in agreement on the Sushant Singh Rajput death case but more deliberations are needed. There is a need to look into some legal aspects for a logical legal conclusion in due course of time. It will be totally conclusive.”
