Sunny Deol Tests Positive For Coronavirus; Requests All Who Came In Contact With Him To Get Tested

Coronavirus has its claws out for anyone and everyone. No one is immune to the virus. Quite a few celebrities too have been affected by it. From Amitabh Bachchan, Abhishek Bachchan, Aishwarya Rai Bachchan to stars like Arjun Kapoor and Malaika Arora, many celebrities have tested positive for COVID-19 and spent their days in isolation. Now, the latest reports coming in suggest that it is actor-turned-politician Sunny Deol who has tested positive for Coronavirus.

The Gaddar actor has tested positive for COVID-19 in Himachal Pradesh. As per reports, the actor traveled to Kullu in order to recuperate from his recent shoulder surgery. He was supposed to travel back to Mumbai along with his friends. However, his tests came positive. This information has been shared by Himachal Pradesh health secretary Amitabh Awasthi to news agency PTI.

This morning, the actor took to his Twitter handle to inform all his fans about the same. He even requested those who came in contact with in the last few days to get tested and be in isolation for a few days. His tweet read, "I got the corona test done and the report came back positive. I am in isolation and my health is fine. I request that all of you who have come in contact with me in the last few days, please isolate yourself and get your test done."


It was yesterday that the Deols announced their next film Apne 2 which will release in Diwali 2021.
