Sunny Deol delivered one of the biggest hits of the year with Gadar 2 and his younger son Rajveer Deol too made his debut in Bollywood with the film Dono. A proud moment for a father and yes the actor recently weighed in his thoughts on the nepotism debate in the film Industry. Speaking about it the actor revealed in an interview with Lallantop that initially he didn't know the meaning of the word. He said, "People keep talking about nepotism, and I used to think, what is this even? Phir main baad mein sochne lag gaya, ki baap apne bache ke liye nahi karta, to kiske liye karta hai? Continuing with the interview, Deol strongly criticized individuals who incessantly discuss the topic of nepotism. According to the actor, these individuals have failed to attain success in their own lives and resort to using such terminology as an outlet for their frustration. Concluding the interview, he emphasized that his father, Dharmendra, carved out his distinct identity in the industry, and his brother followed suit, each establishing their own unique presence through their diligent efforts. In a previous conversation with Sidharth Kannan, Rajveer Deol, the younger son of Sunny Deol, discussed the perception of actors leading an effortless life. The emerging actor clarified that despite common beliefs about actors enjoying a glamorous and trouble-free existence, this notion is far from accurate. During the interview, he also expressed his observations of his family members, particularly his father, Sunny, putting in dedicated and strenuous efforts, underscoring the reason he believes that success in a film like Gadar 2 is well-deserved.
