Suhana Khan's 'Women On The Verge Of A Nervous Breakdown' Post Grabs Attention After Ira Khan's Opens Up On Being Clinically Depressed For Four Years
After Aamir Khan's daughter Ira Khan shared that she has been dealing with clinical depression for four years, Shah Rukh Khan's daughter Suhana Khan's post on women on the verge of breakdown goes viral
On World Mental Health Day, Aamir Khan's daughter Ira Khan took to her Instagram account to share a video saying that she has been dealing with clinical depression for four years. The star kid revealed that she sought medical help and is doing fine now. After Ira's post went viral, now it is Shah Rukh Khan's daughter Suhana Khan's post that is calling for attention. Suhana this time did not share a gorgeous picture of herself, rather made a cryptic post about women going through nervous breakdown.
Suhana shared a still from Pedro Almodovar's Spanish film ‘Women on the Verge of a Nervous Breakdown’. She used the title of the film as the caption. This comes after she penned a long note expressing displeasure over trolls calling her 'ugly' because of her skin tone. She penned a powerful note saying that she is happy with her colour and that colourism should end.
Coming back to Ira, she shared the video with the caption, "A lot has been going on, a lot of people have a lot to say. Things are really confusing and stressful and simple and okay but not okay and... life all together. There's no way to say it all in one go. But I'd like to think I've figured some stuff out, or at least figured out how to make it slightly more understandable. About mental health and mental ill-health. So come with me on this journey... in my awkward, quirky, sometimes-baby-voice-y, as-honest-as-I-can-be... way. Let's start a conversation. Happy World Mental Health Day."
