Suhana Khan Buys Rs 12.91 Crores Worth Row Houses In Alibaug, Next To Father Shah Rukh Khan’s Bungalow- Read REPORTS

Bollywood superstar Shah Rukh Khan and renowned interior designer Gauri Khan’s darling daughter Suhana Khan is all set to make her much-awaited debut with Zoya Akhtar’s The Archies. She has been making waves on the internet for her down-to-earth personality and fashion statements. While fans are eagerly waiting to see her acting, the dive has added another feather to her cap. She recently bought row houses worth Rs 12.91 crores in Alibaug, next to her father’s bungalow.
Yes, you read that right! According to BollywoodShaadis, the 23-year-old spent nearly Rs 13 crores to buy the 3,988 square feet of carpet area row houses. The houses come with several amenities. The report also states that the first row house has 1,750 square feet, the second row house has 420 square feet and the third row house has 1,771 square feet. As per the entertainment publication, SRK’s daughter has paid a stamp duty of Rs 77.46 lakhs to buy the property. According to a report by Hindustan Times, the property was purchased in Thal village in Alibaug and the registration documents describe Suhana as an agriculturist. The media publication states that the debutant purchased the land from three sisters - Anjali, Rekha and Priya Khot, who had inherited it from their parents. For the unversed, Suhana is SRK and Gauri’s only daughter. She has an older brother Aryan and a younger brother AbRam Khan. She is all set to make her debut as an actress with Zoya Akhtar’s ‘The Archies.’ The Netflix movie also stars Khushi Kapoor, Mihir Ahuja, Dot, Vedang Raina and Yuvraj Menda. She has also been making the headlines for a few months for dating Amithabh Bachchan’s grandson Agastya Nanda. While they haven’t confirmed their relationship, fans certainly have expressed their desire to see them on-screen together in their upcoming project.
