Shah Rukh Khan just tweeted about the surgical strike saying: Thanks Indian army for the action against terrorism. We should all pray for safety & well being of our Indian soldiers. (sic)
And B-Town stars didn’t hesitate to talk about the burning issue. At the trailer launch of Force 2, the star cast – Sonakshi Sinha, John Abraham and Tahir Raj Bhasin applauded Indian army’s efforts.
While John said, “We are very proud. We had to do this earlier. I think it is high time we respond to terrorism. As a country we are tolerant. But I think it is high time we put our foot down and show what India can do. I feel fortunate to be part of industry to promote and express our solidarity with our country and for the soldiers who are true heroes of this country.”
Sonakshi spoke about it too, “Thank you that they took this big step. Like John said, it is need of the hour. I am happy it is happening. We are all citizens of our country.” Filmmaker Vipul Shah spoke about India’s retaliation saying, “It’s a proud moment for everyone because our armed forces have retaliated.”
