SHOCKING! DID YOU KNOW Shah Rukh Khan Once Sat At The Ticket Counter, Sold Tickets At Mumbai’s Theatre For His Own Film ‘Kabhi Haan Kabhi Naa’
Shah Rukh Khan, the name says it all as he needs no introduction. Popularly known as King Khan, Badshah Of Bollywood, King of Romance, and what more, the list goes on. Shah Rukh rose to fame from ‘Deewana’ and after that, there was no looking back for him. King Khan is ruling the Hindi cinema for decades and his fan following is not limited to just Bollywood but with his versatile acting skills, SRK possesses a massive fan base across the globe.

But do you know, there was a time when he sold tickets for his own film at a theatre in Mumbai?

Sounds hard to believe right, but that’s true. On the opening day of his 1994 film ‘Kabhi Haan Kabhi Naa’, King Khan sat at the advance ticket booking counter where he not only sold the ticket to the audience but was also paid for the same.ALSO READ:After Shah Rukh Khan Announces His Return On Screen In 2021; Netizens Have A Meltdown And Trend ‘King SRK In Theatres In 2021’ With Full Power

Back then, Shah Rukh started this trend at Mumbai’s Gaiety Galaxy. Strange right! SRK was paired opposite Suchitra Krishnamoorthi in the film and their pairing was loved by the fans.

Well, for the unversed King khan was not the first choice for the film. The makers planned to cast Aamir Khan and Juhi Chawla for the main lead pair and supposedly Shah Rukh was cast to play the second role, but Aamir backed out from the film and the makers finally roped Badshah as the main lead.

Juhi, however, makes a special appearance in the movie.

On the work front, King Khan is making a comeback with ‘Pathan' after a three-year long sabbatical. The film also features Deepika Padukone in the lead role.
