Shahid Kapoor To Shoot For His Debut Digital Venture Before Karan Johar’s Yoddha
As per reports, Shahid Kapoor pushes Yoddha ahead, will shoot for Raj Nidimoru and Krishna DK web series first
It won't be wrong to believe that actor Shahid Kapoor has finally reached a peak in his career after the monstrous hit of his last film, Kabir Singh at the box office. The actor who is currently shooting for Jersey was supposed to jump on to his next titled Yoddha which is helmed by Shashank Khaitan and backed by Karan Johar’s production. But now there is a change in the plan, as the actor will shoot for the film after his digital debut project helmed by Raj Nidimoru and Krishna DK as per reports in Pinkvilla.
The source revealed that the actor will first shoot for Amazon Prime Video’s series and then Yoddha. This action thriller will be shot majorly in Mumbai and Delhi and is reported to go on floors in January. The source informs, “Shahid has decided to first shoot for the Amazon Prime series that will also be his big debut on the digital platform. The series, an action thriller, is based in Mumbai and Delhi and will go on floors in the first week of January 2021.”
The series will be shot over 4 months, also the major location will be the seashore, thus allowing the actor to wrap up his debut digital venture by April.
The source further adds, “The show will be shot extensively in the two cities because it requires the beach as a prime location and will require four months of filming to be complete. Besides Jersey, Yoddha and his web series, Shahid Kapoor has Guneet Monga’s film which is a remake of Soorarai Pottru and yet another flick based on the life of Farukh Bullsara.
