Shah Rukh Khan recently flew down to Delhi - the city where he was born. Often he has spoken about Delhi and how close it is to his heart. As he touched down Delhi, Shah Rukh Khan visited the cemetery where his parents Mir Taj Mohammed Khan and Lateef Fatima Khan were buried. A few pictures of him praying and offering respect to his parents have made it to the internet. In the picture we see Shah Rukh Khan dressed in white shirt and black pants.
The picture has been shared by photographer Viral Bhayani who has mentioned that whenever King Khan is in Delhi, he makes sure to visit the grave of his parents. In many interviews, Shah Rukh Khan has spoken about how his father passed away when he was very young and that it affected him a lot. In one of the interviews, he had said, "My greatest ‘Hichki moment’ is the death of my parents. I was 15 when my father passed away and 26 when my mother passed away. It was very sad for us. The empty house without my parents used to come to bite us (Shah Rukh and his sister Shehnaz Lalarukh Khan). The loneliness, pain and sadness of the loss of both my parents, could have been overwhelming enough to take over my life wholly."
On the work front, after a long hiatus, Shah Rukh Khan will be back on screen with the much-anticipated Pathan. He will be seen with Deepika Padukone in this one and reportedly, Salman Khan will also make an appearance in the film.
