Shah Rukh Khan has been pretty active on social media lately. He has been connecting with his fans and friends through Twitter through the lockdown phase. Recently, he even extended his condolences to a friend who shared that his mother is no more. Fareed Zakaria, a CNN host, took to his Twitter handle to share a picture of his mother and reveal about her demise at the age of 85. Shah Rukh Khan stumbled upon the tweet and extended his heartfelt condolences to his friend.
Shah Rukh Khan's response read, "My condolences to you and the family my friend. May her soul rest in peace and May God give you strength to deal with your loss." to Fareed Zakaria's tweet that read, "My mother, Fatma Zakaria, passed away last night at 85. She lived a long, rich, eventful life, with children and grandchildren whom she adored. She loved this photograph."
Last, Shah Rukh Khan had tweeted about his conversation with acid attack survivors through his Meer Foundation. He had shared the video with a tweet, "Can't wait to meet these lovely women in person soon. Much love to my team at @MeerFoundation for bringing a small part of the family together to catch up & chat. Until we meet again.... In the meantime, stay safe & love you all!"
On the work front, Shah Rukh Khan would be marking his comeback to films with Pathan. The actor was last seen in Zero that was released in 2018.
