June 14th marked Sushant Singh Rajput’s first death anniversary, many celebs, his family members and close ones from the industry penned down emotional notes remembering the late actor. Actress Sara Ali Khan was one of them. Sara marked her Bollywood debut opposite Sushant with the movie, Kedarnath helmed by Abhishek Kapoor. The Coolie No. 1 actress, taking to her Instagram account penned an emotional note for her late co-star. Along with a throwback picture that got everyone emotional and missing the actor even more.
In her Instagram note she thanked the late actor for introducing her to the world of acting and also giving her faith that dreams do come true. Sara Ali Khan revealed in her Instagram caption that the late actor was always there when she needed help, advice or a good laugh. Unable to come to terms of the actor being no more, she mentioned that whenever she looks up in the sky at the rising sun or the moon she knows that he is always there.
Probably the picture shared by Sara belongs to the time when they were shooting for her debut movie, Kedarnath. The onscreen lead couple is seen in a swimming pool smiling for the camera as they got clicked. Her Instagram post read, “Whenever I needed help, advice or a laugh you were always there. You introduced me to the world of acting, made me believe that dreams could come true, and gave me all that I have today. Still can’t believe you’re gone. But every time I look at the stars, the rising sun or the moon I know you’re here. From Kedarnath to Andromeda”
The duo was also reported to be dating but neither of them confirmed the same. Actress’ paternal aunt Saba Ali Khan reacted to it by dropping a red heart in the comment section. The actor was found dead at his Bandra residence on June 14, 2020.
