Salman Skips Ambani Bash To Avoid Aishwarya

This morning, we told you who all made it to the Ambani party last night (Ooh La La! SRK, Ash, Akshay, Dhoni, Virat, Alia under one roof, last night, December 12).
But the real story is who didn't make it and why.
Salman Khan too was invited to the bash but chose to give it a miss. We hear, the superstar was certain that Aishwarya Rai and her husband Abhishek Bachchan would be present at the bash, given their warm relations with the Ambanis. And our Sallu bhai was in no mood to cross paths with his ex-flame.
So what did he do? Salman instead headed off to Karjat to shoot a sequence of Sultan that was not even lined up for the day!
A source from the sets tells us, "Ali (Abbas Zafar, the director) had told Salman earlier that he wanted to shoot a sequence with him on Friday, but Salman had told him that he'd shoot it later. So Ali reworked the schedule and was working on other scenes last night. However, Salman suddenly showed up on the sets at 9.30 and told Ali that he'll shoot for the sequence. Everyone around was extremely surprised about the sudden turnaround of events."
We hear, the actor was done with his shot in half an hour and then went off to his Panvel farmhouse.
As for the party back in the city, Ash-Abhi were very much a part of the celebrations and stayed on for quite some time.
