Salman Khan Seeks Contempt Action Against Kamaal R Khan For Continuing ‘Defamatory Remarks’ Against Him
A few days ago, Salman Khan filed a defamation case against Kamaal R Khan aka KRK. While KRK claimed that the defamation suit was over his negative review of Salman’s latest film Radhe: Your Most Wanted Bhai, Salman’s lawyers clarified that the case against him wasn’t for the Radhe review, but against him publishing and endorsing defamatory allegations. Now, looks like KRK has landed in more trouble as Salman Khan has reportedly sought contempt action against Kamaal R Khan for continuing to make defamatory remarks against him, despite KRK’s undertaking not to do so.

According to a report in Bar And Bench, Salman Khan filed an application on Monday, seeking contempt action against KRK for his continued defamatory remarks, despite KRK’s undertaking before the Bombay City Civil Court stating that he would not do so. The application was filed in Salman’s defamation suit to restrain Kamaal R Khan from making and uploading videos or other content on Salman Khan, his business ventures and their films/projects.

During the last hearing on the matter, KRK’s lawyer Manoj Gadkari had stated in court that no defamatory remarks will be made until the next hearing. However, the report states that KRK continued to publish defamatory tweets.

In other news, Mika Singh has shown his support to Salman Khan and slammed KRK, which led to a war of words between Mika and KRK on Twitter. In a video that went viral a few days ago, Mika was seen standing outside KRK’s house in Mumbai, and he claimed that KRK has fled. Read more about it here.
