Salman Khan's Nephew Abdullah Passes Away; Family Refutes Coronavirus Rumours, Waits For Post Mortem Report
It was yesterday evening that superstar Salman Khan’s nephew Abdullah took his last breath, soon after which, Khan took to his social media and mourned his tragic demise by sharing a heartwarming post. Abdullah was often spotted with the actor and was also a pivotal part of his Being Strong team. While the cause of Abdullah’s death is unclear, it is being speculated that he passed away due to a bad lung infection. However, in the wake of coronavirus pandemic, it was rumoured that COVID-19 could be a likely reason for death.

Salim Khan’s brother Mateen Khan, however, has rubbished all such claims in a conversation with ABP news. He revealed how Abdullah was physically fit, but he was a diabetic and got admitted to Dhirubhai Kokilaben Ambani Hospital after complaining of uneasiness for two days. Mateen also revealed that it was Salman Khan who aided Abdullah after he came across his health reports and shifted him to Lilavati Hospital. As for the rumours of Abdullah succumbing to coronavirus, Mateen added that it’s untrue and the whole family awaits his post-mortem report.

“Abdullah was very fond of bodybuilding. Although, he was physically well built, but he suffered from diabetes. He got admitted to Dhirubhai Kokilaben Ambani Hospital after he felt uneasy two days ago. These claims (about coronavirus) are baseless and the truth will be revealed after the post-mortem report comes,” said Mateen.

Sharing a monochrome picture of him with Abdullah, Salman wrote, “I will always miss you.”
