Salman Khan’s Bodyguard Shera On Filing An FIR Against The Society Member Who Defamed His Mother- REPORTS

Bollywood actor Salman Khan’s bodyguard Shera enjoys his own fan base on the internet. Fans look up to him as he is always there for the actor. He has now filed a complaint against a member of the society for defaming his mother Pritam Kaur Jolly and using unflattering language while talking to her during a recent meeting. According to a report by ETimes, Shera and his family lived in the society for more than 50 years. The complaint was filed at the request of his mother at the DN Nagar police station against the secretary of a building situated in Manish Nagar, Andheri, Mumbai.
Jolly alleged that Jayantilal Patel, a member of the society where they used to live and still own an apartment, has been defaming her. As per the report, the FIR copy states that he used foul language to malign her image during their co-operative housing society's Annual General Meeting. The incident took place in the presence of her husband. She alleged that he told her, “Khud ko kya samajhti ho, abhi AGM mein dekho tumko sab ke saamne kaise nanga karta hoon.”
Apparently, Patel has been telling everyone that Pritam Kaur has filed an unwarranted complaint against the society with the Society Registrar's Office. Now in an interview with ETimes, Shera too has opened up about the entire ordeal. Talking about the history being the case he revealed how him and his family have been living in Ashish Co-operative Housing Society for the past 5 decades. He went on to share that even though he moved to Oshiwara, his parents and his son still lived in the same house.
Shera explained that his mother was the chairman of the society and Jayantilal was the secretary. The renovation work for their building started in 2016 after the latter stated that the work would be completed in Rs 60 lakhs. While he was not able to complete her work, Pritam Kaur resigned from her post in 2021.
He further added, “After that the secretary started having grudges against my mother. He, along with 13 other members of the society, filed a complaint against my mother in the registrar office. The secretary started to single out my mother. I thought that the matter will be resolved but it kept getting worse. In the AGM, they printed a book and singled out my mother by saying that Pritam Kaur has filed a false complaint against Jayantilal and the society in the Registrar Office. But that wasn't the case. The Registrar office has issued a notice to debar the society secretary and that notice was returned back to the office.”
The ETimes report states that the case is still pending and the society committee was asked to submit the documents on the 26th of the current month. A case has been filed against Patel at the DN Nagar Police Station under sections 509 and 500, which deal with hurting the modesty of women and procuring a punishment against defamation.
