Salaar Part 1 Ceasefire Trailer: Prabhas and Prithviraj Sukumaran Team Up To Take Down The Enemy In Prashanth Neel’s Action-Packed Film – WATCH
After an extensive wait, Salaar Part 1: Ceasefire's trailer has finally surfaced. This marks Prashanth Neel's directorial comeback since the blockbuster KGF: Chapter 2 last year. Starring Prabhas in the lead, this pan-India action spectacle takes us into the heart of Khansaar, a fictional city under siege by invaders more menacing than the likes of Mahmud of Ghazni and Genghis Khan. Prithviraj Sukumaran's character stands as the city's heir apparent, but his fate alters drastically when these formidable invaders forcefully seize control, changing the city's course forever. Prithviraj calls upon his lifelong companion, Deva (portrayed by Prabhas), who had vowed to safeguard him and his people at all costs. Deva answers the call, returning to Khansaar with the goal of reclaiming the throne and seeking vengeance for his closest friend. In addition, the trailer offers glimpses of Shruti Haasan and Jagapathi Babu, among other notable figures. Prabhas and Prithviraj unite, showcasing their prowess in this action-packed spectacle, reminiscent of another grand-scale, dual-hero pan-India film akin to SS Rajamouli's epic from the previous year, RRR, which featured Ram Charan and Jr NTR in leading roles. A colossal feat of production, it boasts an astounding creation of 14 immense sets within and around Ramoji Film City. Salaar is slated for a theatrical release in five languages—Telugu, Kannada, Malayalam, Tamil, and Hindi—on December 22. This launch sets the stage for a clash with Rajkumar Hirani's Bollywood venture, 'Dunki,' featuring Shah Rukh Khan, promising an intriguing showdown at the box office.
