More than a year after the outbreak of Coronavirus, we are facing a second wave of COVID-19, and the number of cases has been rapidly increasing. Several Bollywood stars such as Aamir Khan, Kartik Aaryan, Vikrant Massey, Paresh Rawal, R Madhavan contracted Coronavirus in the last few weeks. Now, as per a report in ETimes, the shooting of Rocket Gang, which is being helmed by Bosco Martis, has come to a halt after its crew members tested positive for COVID-19.
Rocket Gang stars Aditya Seal and Nikita Dutta in the lead roles, and this film will mark choreographer-turned-director Bosco Martis’ debut as a director. The shooting of the film had to be put on hold after a few crew members contracted Coronavirus. FWICE president B N Tiwari told the portal that the team had been shooting for the climax scene, however, as a few crew members tested positive, the shoot had to be halted for the time being. The report states that the shooting has been stalled for the next 10 days.
Director Bosco Martis also confirmed the same, and told ETimes, “It is really tough to have a perspective on this because doctors and scientist still cracking on the virus. Vaccines have been rolled out, I guess that’s the only hope for humanity.”
Bosco Martis recently took the first jab of the COVID-19 vaccine.
