The latest news coming in is that veteran actor Rishi Kapoor has been admitted to Mumbai's Shri HN Hospital. The actor apparently has been in the hospital on Wednesday. Confirming this news to Indian Express his elder brother Randhir Kapoor said, “He is hospitalised. Neetu is by his side. He is not well". Shri HN hospital is located in South Mumbai and Rishi is being monitored under able guidance.

Randhir Kapoor further spoke with News 18 and revealed, "It's true that he has been admitted to the hospital. He is in Sir HN Reliance Foundation Hospital. He was not keeping well and had some breathing problem, so we admitted him early this morning". When further probed if there is an emergency, Randhir clarified, "Had there been one, I would also have been at the hospital. I know he will be alright. Neetu is by his side."

Earlier in January this year, Rishi Kapoor was admitted in Delhi's hospital after he developed breathing issues. He had then tweeted giving a clarification that he was doing fine.

Rishi Kapoor just returned to India only last September after a year-long treatment in the US.
