Rishi Kapoor Discharged From Hospital, Back In Mumbai: 'Put To Rest All Stories, Look Forward To Entertain'

Just yesterday Rishi Kapoor spoke to ANI about his health, saying there’s ‘nothing dramatic.’ Today, the veteran actor shared a tweet where he said he's overwhelmed by fans’ concern and also thanked his well-wishers. His tweet also reveals the cause of hospitalisation

Rishi Kapoor Discharged From Hospital, Back In Mumbai: 'Put To Rest All Stories, Look Forward To Entertain'
Ever since it was reported that Rishi Kapoor was hospitalized, it got a lot of fans worried. After the news broke in, his son Ranbir Kapoor and his girlfriend Alia Bhatt dropped everything and rushed to Delhi to his side while Neetu Kapoor was already beside her husband. For the same, the Kapoor and Sons actor even released a statement to PTI where he asked his fans to relax, adding that the cause of his hospitalisation is ‘nothing dramatic’. Further, he revealed getting an infection due to the pollution, he assumes. “I have had an infection which is getting treated. Nothing dramatic. Pollution got me I guess,” said the veteran actor. Today, the veteran actor is back to Mumbai and on that note, he has shared a tweet where he is overwhelmed by fans’ concern and also thanked them. His tweet also reveals the cause of admission.  

He shared two tweets which talk about his health. In the first tweet, he talks about how he is overwhelmed and thanked his fans. While telling his fans how the pollution affected his health while he was filming in the capital. His tweet read, “Dear family, friends, foes and followers. I have been overwhelmed by all your concern about my health. Thank you. I have been filming in Delhi past 18 days and because of the Pollution and my low count of neutrophils, I caught an infection whereby I had to be hospitalized. (1)…” 




In another tweet, giving us more details about his health update said that he was running a slight fever and since people are assuming a lot, he decided to put all the stories to end by tweeting, “I was running a slight fever and on investigation, Dr.s found a patch which could have lead to pneumonia, was detected and is being cured. People seem to have assumed a lot different. I put to rest all those stories and look forward to entertain and love you. I am now in Mumbai.”


Meanwhile, Rishi Kapoor, Neetu Kapoor, Ranbir Kapoor and Alia Bhatt have to give Armaan Jain’s Mehendi ceremony and wedding ceremony a miss due to his deteriorated health. Well, it is great to see the actor is good shape.
