Rishi Kapoor’s sad demise has left Bollywood numb. Rishi Kapoor took his last breath at the age of 67 yesterday in the morning. Reportedly, his cancer had relapsed. Soon after the tragic news hit the internet, tributes for the legendary actor started pouring in on social media. His family members, too, shared some heartwarming messages. Even Rishi’s nieces and Bollywood actresses Kareena Kapoor Khan and Karisma mourned the death of their Chintu uncle as they shared some precious throwback pictures on their Instagram feed.
Yet again, the Angrezi Medium actress has shared a throwback picture on her feed that simply warmed our hearts. Captioning the picture as 'Two Tigers,' she shared the picture of young Rishi Kapoor along with Saif Ali Khan's late father Mansoor Ali Khan. The picture appears to be from a cricket field as Mansoor Ali Khan was one of the legendary cricketers.
Earlier, remembering Rishi Kapoor, Kareena had shared a clip from Saif's hit film Hum Tum where her Chintu uncle is heard singing Mein Shayar Toh Nahi song along with her husband. Sharing the video on social media, Kareena posted a heart emoji. Saif and Rishi worked in other films like Love Aaj Kal and Thoda Pyaar Thoda Magic as well.
Yesterday, Rishi Kapoor's funeral took place at Chandanwadi Crematorium, Marine Lines at 4 PM where his son Ranbir Kapoor, wife Neetu Kapoor along with brother Randhir Kapoor, Babita Kapoor, Kareena Kapoor Khan, Saif Ali Khan, Abhishek Bachchan, Armaan and Aadar Jain marked their presence.
