Rishi Kapoor and Neetu Kapoor Chill With Celebrity Chef Vikas Khanna: New York Diaries

Rishi Kapoor shifted his base to New York last year to seek treatment for cancer. He revealed only recently that he was diagnosed with this deadly disease and has been now declared cancer-free. However, he has to be in New York to complete his treatment. Meanwhile, many celebs from the world of Bollywood have paid him a visit in the Big Apple. The recent one to meet Rishi in NY is celebrity chef Vikas Khanna. Well, he just did not them but even cooked for them.

On his official Instagram account, Vikas posted a picture posing with the veteran stars. In the picture, we can also see Anupam Kher who is a very dear friend of Rishi Kapoor. In the caption, Vikas wrote, “Dearest #RishiKapoor ji, @neetu54 and @anupampkher ji. Wishing you years of health and happiness. I’m honored to have cooked for you all. You will always be India’s first family (ambassadors) for films and food. Love forever. And guess what? I’m related to the Kapoor Khandaan. #KuchBhiHoSaktaHai”. 

Now, we are scratching our brains trying to jot a connection between Vikas Khanna and Kapoors! We guess, answer to this mystery lies in the tweet posted by Rishi Kapoor thanking ‘Chef Supreme’ for personally cooking a meal for them. He tweeted, “Thank you “Chef Supreme” Vikas Khanna,for a sumptuous  meal you prepared for all your guests,personally. Realised we are related too. See you on Masterchef. Bon Voyage!”

Now, we are looking forward to Rishi Kapoor’s homecoming. In a recent interview, he stated that he wishes to be home for Ganpati celebrations. We hope that happens.
