Rio Kapadia PASSES AWAY At 66! ‘Chak De! India’ Fame’s Cause Of Death Still A Mystery-REPORTS
Rio Kapadia’s cremation ceremony will be held today, on September 15, at Shiv Dham Shamshan Bhumi in Goregaon
Veteran actor Rio Kapadia, who was popularly known for his work in films like Chak De India, Dil Chahta Hai and Mardaani died on September 14, 2023. The 66-year-old actor’s death was confirmed by his dear friend Faisal Malik, and Kapadia is reported to be survived by his wife, Maria Farah, and kids Aman and Veer.
Meanwhile, the cause of Rio Kapadia’s death is still unknown and the family is yet to issue an official statement in regards to the loss of their beloved family member.
The popular Indian actor’s cremation ceremony will be held on September 15, at Shiv Dham Shamshan Bhumi in Goregaon. Following the sad news, many flooded the social media with their condolences.
Apart from the film industry, the late Rio Kapadia is also known to have been associated with the television show Sapne Suhane Ladakpan Ke. Interestingly, he also played the role of Gandhari's Father, King Subala of Gandhara in Siddharth Tewary's Mahabharat.
The late actor was last seen in one of the episodes of the Prime Video series Made in Heaven Season 2.
