Rhea Chakraborty Claims She Is Being 'Victimised'; Tells To SC 'I Was In Love With Sushant Singh Rajput, Have Been Traumatised After His Death'
The Apex Court held the second hearing in Rhea Chakraborty's plea seeking the transfer of the FIR filed by Sushant Singh Rajput's father against her in Patna. She wants the FIR to be transferred to Mumbai Police. While the case is now in the hands of CBI as the Centre approved Bihar Government's request, Rhea in the court mentioned that she is being victimised in Sushant Singh Rajput's case. As reported, Rhea in the court argued that she has been in trauma ever since her boyfriend passed away.

Rhea, through her lawyer Shyam Diwan, stated, "I was in love with Sushant Singh Rajput, I’ve been traumatised after his death but I’m being victimised right now," as reported by CNN-News 18. The lawyer also claimed that the Patna Police had no jurisdiction over the case and hence, the right thing to do is to transfer the FIR to Mumbai Police.

Further, reportedly Justice Hrishikesh Roy also quizzed Rhea and lawyers about their stand on the CBI investigation in Sushant Singh Rajput's death case. "You yourself have asked for the CBI to come in; how they come and what happens with it comes later. So your stand becomes that CBI should come in," said Justice Roy as reported by Republic.

Yesterday, Rhea filed a fresh affidavit in Supreme Court reportedly mentioning that Sushant's death case is being blown out of proportion as Bihar elections are soon to take place. She even mentioned facing an unfair media trial.
